The standard delivery times are between 3-7 working days depending on your location.
Please take care of our shipping information at the product’s site: for example “in stock” doesn’t mean that the package will arrive within the next 5-7 days. It means that we need up to 7 working days to prepare your order for shipment. After that it will be sent.

2. Cash on delivery
It is possible in Greece to choose a payment on delivery service.


3. DHL Express
Alongside the delivery option "Standard" we also offer an Express Service with DHL. So if you urgently need your order within 1-2 working days this option is for your. Express Delivery carries an extra charge which is calculated with the weight of your order and the country you live in. Please contact us at sales@surfsalad.eu in order to give you a DHL specific cost.
        
Payment on delivery is not possible with DHL.

Additional customs duties can arise, that can’t be taken over by Surf Salad. The fees are orientated by the kind of article inside the package but also by the value of goods and can vary according to this.

4. Receiving your delivery - IMPORTANT
It is extremely important that you provide an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery. Please note that the package can NOT be left at a post office!
If no one is present at the delivery address when your delivery arrives, the courier will try again the next day. If no one is present to accept the package on the second attempt, the package will be returned to us.

However, you have the opportunity to provide us with a different delivery address (e.g. work, neighbor, etc.) – that way, you can ensure that someone will be available to accept the package upon arrival.

If you wish to change your delivery address at a later date, please contact our customer service. If you would like to change the address although your package has already been sent, please contact the responsible delivery service (DHL or UPS) by telephone. You will need your package number.

Package Tracking
You can follow the path of your delivery at any time with the package tracking service. Your package number and the according link will be sent to you by E-Mail on the day your delivery is sent off. You can also find these details under "My Account"”, by clicking on the corresponding order.

Please make sure that your name is clearly visible at your door, so the courier won’t have any problems finding you!

RETURNS
1. The customer has a cancellation right without reason with a withdrawal period of 14 days whereby Saturdays and Sundays do not classify as work days. The period starts from the day of receipt of the products by the customer. It is sufficient when the withdrawal explanation is send during this period. The customer has no right to cancel for used products or on purchases of audio or video recordings if these are seen as being "opened" by the customer.
2. Should the customer withdraw from the contract, Surf Salad will return monies paid by the customer within 14 days. If the customer should wish they can also use the paid sum as a credit on other products instead.
3. The resulting return costs of sending a product back have to be paid by the customer. If the customer wishes to make an exchange then the delivery costs for sending out the new product will be covered by Surf Salad. Should Surf Salad send the customer an incorrect or faulty product then Surf Salad will pay the return delivery costs back to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the return.
4. All offers are valid as long as stocks last. Should a supplier despite contractual agreement with Surf Salad not be able to deliver the ordered products then Surf Salad has the right to cancel a contract with a customer. In this case the customer will be informed in good time that the ordered product cannot be delivered. Any already paid monies will be returned within 14 days of cancellation to the customer or used for other products if this is the wish of the customer.

II CLOSURE OF PURCHASE CONTRACT AND CANCELLATION

1. Claims from Surf Salad on the website or in other media do not state any final offers, they state however an invitation to a possible offer for customers. An order by a customer becomes a valid offer when a purchase is completed. When an order is placed by a customer they receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not incur that the offer has been accepted by Surf Salad. The purchase is only classed as final when the delivery confirmation of the ordered products is sent by Surf Salad.

2. If  Surf Salad cannot fulfil the order made by a customer or should certain products in an order not be available then the customer will be informed.

3. Surf Salad reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract in cases of print or wording mistakes on the website.

III DELIVERY

1. Should nothing different be requested by the customer then the delivery address entered by the customer will be used.

2. The delivery periods stated in the order and delivery confirmations or on the website pages apply. Surf Salad has a duty to ensure that the order is delivered within 30 days of the order.

3. If a delivery is not possible to a customer, be it because the customer was not reachable at the provided delivery address, although the time of delivery was within the stated delivery period or if the address provided was incorrect, then the customer will cover the costs of the unsuccessful delivery.

4. The delivery is sent from the Surf Salad stock, the same location where the delivery starts with the delivery company. When the order is in the hands of the delivery company, at the latest when it leaves Surf Salad stock, the risk is in the hands of the customer. The risk is also in the hands of the customer if there is a delay in the delivery due to reasons caused by not being present upon delivery.

5. Delivery and performance mistakes due to acts of God are not the responsibility of Surf Salad. The results of outside influences give Surf Salad the right to delay a delivery or to cancel non completed parts of orders. Acts of God include strike, blockades, import and export restrictions and other national interventions regardless whether they affect directly Surf Salad or distributors to Surf Salad.

6. In the case of effects of acts of God which will cause a delay of a delivery, we will of course inform the customer without delay.

IV PAYMENT AND LATE PAYMENTS

1. All product prices at Surf Salad include the legal sales tax and are stated in Euros. The prices are valid until otherwise revoked.

2. All orders for items that are on our stock are dispatched within 2 working days. All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 14 days. All deliveries are made from Greece. We deliver goods worldwide. The approximate time of shipment to all European countries is 3-5 days, shipping time to non European countries is checked individually on request.

3. The retail price is payable upon placement of an order.

4. The customer can pay the order sum by credit card, cheque or prepayment and in all EU countries can also pay by cash on delivery. In the case of payment on delivery a delivery charge is incurred.
